Hospitality
The first independent hospitality project commission for uma.studio was St.Regis Hotel and Branded residences, a 120 key, 220 apartment hotel, located at the heart of Eagle Hills Belgrade Waterfront Development in Belgrade, Serbia. Started in 2019, the construction is scheduled for completion in 2023.
Strength of our hospitality team lies in the inherited hotel experience of company partners. Key experience in hotel projects includes Bulgari, Autograph by Marriott, Canopy by Hilton, Hampton by Hilton, Curio by Hilton, Southern Sun, Ceasars Palace, Hard Rock, Jumeirah, and many more. All in all over 20 hotels ranging from 3* to super luxury.
